Hal
Hal is Hel's Public Relations AKA Social Butterfly.
Hal is a creative genius, trapped in the body of a middle-aged slacker. His ongoing quest to create the perfect horror cosplay is only thwarted by his requirement to pay bills.
He lives with a patient family , two cats, and hundreds of unfinished craft projects.
Hal will be acting as Hel Cabaret's costume and prop consultant, resident artist, costumed extra and general dogsbody. If you see him, say "Hello", but don't ask him how his latest cosplay build is going. If you wish to hear about his "leather and horns" fetish, just add Buckfast or Fireball.
