Pictures in Blood
Bart Masiukiewicz aka Pictures in Blood is our main event photographer. Living in Scotland since 2004. Over these years of taking photos and working with a wide variety of people he has managed to develop his own style, which is characterized by very vivid colors and the use of a wide angle lens in portrait photography.
He focuses on alternative style, tattoo culture, events, fashion, tattoo conventions, body suspension, music, street apparel, alternative modelling, performers and art projects but not only. He is also regular photographer at Torture Garden, The Scottish Tattoo Convention, The Big London Tattoo Show and Bliss of Pain Body Suspension Crew, Ultra MMA / Boxing events.
Sergio Cosme
Sergio Cosme is a videographer and photographer based in Edinburgh since 2013. He has developed over the years a very personal style both in photography and video making.
His photos can best be categorised as alternative and fetish, but they are more than that. He loves experimenting with strange settings, liquids and pushing boundaries.
His focus is however on video, specialising in music, promo and event videos.
He is Hel's main videographer and has been with the team from the beginning.
Alt Format
Chrissy otherwise known as Alt Format is a queer alternative photographer & videographer, who creates weird and unique art .
They create work within themes such as Horror, Macabre, Fashion, Punk and Metal.
They shoot on both film and digital cameras and likes to use either for photoshoots
Things they like to shoot are: Nude, Art Nude, Erotic, Fetish, Boudoir, Fashion, Makeup etc.
They are Hel's latest addition to the video and photo team.
Cinema Chef
Łukasz Augustyniak, also known as Cinema Chef, is a videographer and photographer based in Edinburgh. With over 20 years of experience in filmmaking and visual media, he focuses on capturing live performance, music and alternative culture events with a cinematic approach.
He has been part of the Hel Cabaret audience since the first show and, since 2025, has supported the show as a camera operator, helping document the atmosphere, intensity and spectacle of the performances.
His work combines documentary sensitivity with dynamic camera movement, aiming to translate the energy of live shows into visually engaging images and films. Alongside event work, he also works in film and television production as an Assistant Director and is developing his career as a director of scripted film and TV.
Łukasz is also a performer himself, working as a fire and LED performer, which gives him a strong understanding of stage presence, movement and the rhythm of live performance.
