As twilight falls and the first whispers of autumn ride the wind,
the forest begins to shift. The light softens. Shadows stretch long.
The world around you is bathed in deep oranges and ember golds, as if
nature itself pauses in anticipation.
The scent of spices and
pumpkins lingers in the air-familiar, comforting, yet tinged with
something... otherworldly.
It is the season of thinning veils.
We bring you a show packed with incredible guest performers, featuring some familiar faces from past shows.
The performers may drag something through Hel's portal
that wasn't expected. Creatures long forgotten stir in the silence
between beats. The veil is thin, and the forest is watching.

Circus Infernum

As summer lingers but the Edinburgh Fringe nears its end, many feel the season slipping away. It's the perfect moment for the creatures of Hel to embrace their darker side, while still holding onto the playful energy that summer and the festival bring.
To wrap up the Fringe, we present Circus Infernum.
Step into Hel's twisted Freakshow, where the ringmaster, clowns, acrobats, animal trainers, beasts, and all the iconic circus acts are reimagined by Hel’s own performers.
What lies beneath the costumes and behind the curtains? We’ll take you on a night of wonders and debauchery—an immersive world of pole dancing, fire, acrobatics, gorelesque, and much more.

Helheim

We present the first of our 2 shows during the Fringe - Helheim.
A one-of-a-kind event at the Edinburgh Fringe where the sensational performers of Hel Cabaret return with some of their standout acts from past shows. This time, they're joined by special guest artists, coming together for an unforgettable night featuring pole dance, fire performance, Neo-Burlesque, gorelesque, and other daring, provocative art forms.
Half the show will be claimed by the Hel crew’s haunting performances; the other half will fall under the spell of carefully chosen guests.
Dust & Desire

A night born in the ashes—hosted by Hel, mistress of the late hour.
Step into our twisted dreamscape, where the boundaries of pleasure blur under the flicker of neon decay. Lose yourself in a night drenched in dark beats, bodies in motion, fierce performances, and unapologetic fetish.
This isn't just a party—it's a descent into our post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk underworld. Think Mad Max fury, Borderlands chaos, and Wasteland grit—all with a provocative kink twist.
Expect relentless industrial, dark electronic, and metal soundscapes to pulse through your veins. Between the shadows, shocking performances and unexpected delights await. The air will thrum with danger, desire, and electricity.
Dress for war or worship—fitting for the theme, but also accepted fetish, latex, leather, decay. Your armor is your invitation.
Come. Disappear into the shadows.
Dance with danger. Feed the fire.

Coven of Sins

May ushers in a sense of joy and anticipation, as winter’s chill gives way to longer, sunlit days. It’s a time to embrace the warmth and vibrancy life has to offer. Hel Cabaret is back on the 29th of May.
Hel Cabaret presents Coven of Sins
As the last traces of winter's chill melt away, summer unfurls its golden embrace, coaxing the earth into warmth and bloom. The air, once crisp and biting, now hums with the breath of life, a soft, fragrant haze drifting like a whispered secret. The creatures from Hel awaken from their slumber, their spirits revived by the sun's generous glow as they emerge from their hidden realms. They weave through the forests and streets. With every step they scatter a shimmering mist, a spellbinding energy that dances in the air, enchanting all it touches.
We will lead you through dark performances - where witches, sins, demons, and pagan rites intertwine. The air thickens with ancient magic, each movement a spell, each flicker of flame a story of forbidden realms. You will be drawn deep into the haunting dances, where the veils between worlds thin and tear.
Hel brings you an evening of Neo Burlesque, Gorelesque, Fire, Pole, and other provocative acts with horror, fantasy, gore, and fetish elements. These performances will be accompanied by rock, industrial, metal and alternative music.
We do not have a dress code, however, we encourage everyone to dress up for our event, we love seeing your outfits! It is not mandatory if that's not your thing.
This is a seated event and strictly over 18.
Doors open at 6pm and show will start at 7:15pm.
There will be access to the bar, but we encourage people to purchase their drinks before or during the mid-show break. Come in early and join fellow travellers to Hel for a drink.
Please note strobe lights and other effects may be used during the performances. Also please note that performances may contain nudity.
Director's Cut

While winter is not over yet, on this day the wind carries a smell of roses and chocolate. On 14th February, Hel will be back with a very special Valentine's date.
Hel Cabaret presents Director's Cut. Although this day is all about love, roses and chocolate, the roots of the festivities are far from the romantic ideals that are involved in Valentine's day today.
Therefore, we find it quite appropriate that Hel will bring out their wicked creatures for some fun.
We will take you on a very special Valentine's date to the movies, with all the acts inspired by films you probably all know. We will make sure you don't watch those movies the same way again.

When the grass dies and the leaves fall, as autumn dies to bring winter back, this marks the return of Hel Cabaret.
Hel Cabaret presents All Hallow's When the veil between worlds grows thin and long gone creatures are back walking amongst us, the portal to Hel will open to a very special event; our anniversary and Halloween.
Billowing fog and shadows brings Reanimation to dormant things; creatures from the darkness, witches, demons, goblins, fairies, spirits and other undead beings. You may discover that some of the wicked creatures of Hel are not from this world.
Culture Shock

Hel Cabaret is back on the 22nd of August, bringing you 1 show during the Fringe, Hel Cabaret presents Culture Shock The wicked creatures from Hel will be taking over the world of gaming, comics, fairy tales, nerds and pop culture.It will be hot, messy and your favourite games and childhood dreams may never be the same!We will bring an evening night of Neo Burlesque, Gorelesque, Fire and provocative acts with fantastic, gore, horror and fetish elements.
Nocturnal Rites
Hel Cabaret is back when the light of the day drags longer into the night, bringing you this May; Nocturnal Rites. Be prepared to be taken to a different reality with dark rituals, witches and curses accompanied by fire and blood.
We will bring an evening night of Neo Burlesque, Gorelesque, Fire and provocative acts with fantastic, gore, horror and fetish elements.These performances will be accompanied by rock, industrial, metal and alternative music.
Bloody Valentine's
Our special Valentine's event started with an dinner preparation intro, follow by dark creatures, UV nightmares, heart eating goddess, revival of iconic horror films and more grotesque debauchery. It was definitely a different Valentine's celebration.
Welcome to Hel
This was our launch event.
The night began with a fiery procession amongst the audience, showcased the spectrum from vampiric seduction to UV Industrial to Cursed Creatures and more - with 11 total performances across the spectrum of the devious to the monstrous, the Cabaret brought Hel to La Belle.
